We live interstate but don't have to worry about the day to day issues that arise as Lisbeth takes care of everything but keeps us well informed and is always happy to answer any questions or concerns we may have. She keeps the properties leased continuously and any tenant changes are never a worry for us which is important given we aren't able to inspect the properties personally.
